Terms of Service

By accessing or using BenchGecko (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from BenchGecko without using the official API
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service

BenchGecko provides a public API subject to the following terms:

• Free tier (100 requests/day) requires visible "Data by BenchGecko" attribution with a link to benchgecko.ai
• Paid tiers (Pro, Business, Enterprise) remove the attribution requirement and increase rate limits
• Exceeding your rate limit may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access

BenchGecko aggregates data from multiple third-party sources including OpenRouter, Epoch AI, SWE-bench, and others. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the data. BenchGecko is not liable for any decisions made based on the data presented on this platform.

The BenchGecko name, logo (gecko paw), brand assets, and proprietary indices (Bubble Index, Gecko Pulse, Mindshare Arena) are the intellectual property of BenchGecko. You may not use these marks without prior written permission, except as allowed by the press kit and brand guidelines.

Any data you provide to BenchGecko (account information, preferences, saved comparisons) remains yours. We do not claim ownership over your data. You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BenchGecko at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time.

BenchGecko is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BenchGecko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BenchGecko after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.
